What You will be Doing

Responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, performance management, talent relations, and talent engagement programs
Handle C&B related programs including monthly payroll, tax returns, insurance administration & benefits review
Follow up any ad hoc projects as assigned

Who is Our Right Fit

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
3 years’ solid experience in Human Resources Management
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Employees’ Compensation Ordinance, MPF and other Human Resources related statutory regulations
Proficient in MS Office application with HRIS experience
Independent, flexible, with positive and creative thinking
Strong sense of responsibility and good time management in a fast paced working environment
Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Associate
