What You Will Be Doing
- Assist merchants on daily operations, including but not limited to order management, logistics arrangement, customer services, back-end system enquiries, marketing promotion etc.
- Provide dedicated account servicing to local merchants, including proactive relationship management, performance review, issue resolution, and ongoing support to drive merchant satisfaction and retention
- Prepare and conduct sales pitching to potential and existing local merchants to promote platform services, features, and growth opportunities
- Assist in merchant training workshops and develop merchant education and marketing materials
- Streamline operation procedures and facilitate the onboarding and support of newly acquired merchants in every aspect
- Regular review workflow in line with the fast-growing business demands
- Plan and improve work process efficiency by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
- Manage and upgrade the E-commerce system to fulfill business needs
- Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management
Who is our Right Fit
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
- Experience in e-Commerce / retail / training/ customer service / account management / sales is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in AI tools
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively pitch ideas to merchants
- Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a strong service focus and commercial awareness
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome
