What You Will Be Doing

Assist merchants on daily operations, including but not limited to order management, logistics arrangement, customer services, back-end system enquiries, marketing promotion etc.
Provide dedicated account servicing to local merchants, including proactive relationship management, performance review, issue resolution, and ongoing support to drive merchant satisfaction and retention
Prepare and conduct sales pitching to potential and existing local merchants to promote platform services, features, and growth opportunities
Assist in merchant training workshops and develop merchant education and marketing materials
Streamline operation procedures and facilitate the onboarding and support of newly acquired merchants in every aspect
Regular review workflow in line with the fast-growing business demands
Plan and improve work process efficiency by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders
Manage and upgrade the E-commerce system to fulfill business needs
Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management

Who is our Right Fit

Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
Experience in e-Commerce / retail / training/ customer service / account management / sales is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, particularly in AI tools
Good presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively pitch ideas to merchants
Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with a strong service focus and commercial awareness
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
Fresh graduates with strong potential are also welcome
