Program Highlights
The key objective of our O2O Operation Graduate Trainee Program is to develop and foster the potential fresh graduate to explore an extraordinary career path in e-Commerce world and become the pipeline of our key positions. During the on-the-job training, you would have a chance to take up various in-store roles which develops you readily for career progression in Retail Management, whilst different operation team attachment experience allows you to enhance your skills in real working environment context and obtain invaluable guidance from industrial professionals. You will have ample opportunities to lead retail projects in different functions and support business strategic initiatives.
With hard work and passion, having completed the programme, you will have the added advantage of moving up the career ladder by applying the knowledge and skill set you developed during this period.
Mentorship and Training
- The Senior Executives will be assigned as mentor to share experience and provide guidance and insights to you during the 24-month program
- On-the-job training, in-house training and external courses to cultivate and solidify the knowledge and management skills required in the day-to-day operation

Who is our Right Fit
- Recent university graduates from any disciplines with less than 1 year’s work experience and possess the following qualities:
- Proactive, positive, flexible & adaptive, high learning agility and able to manage ambiguity
- Strong business acumen, numerical sense, and possess logical, analytical and executing ability is essential.
- Strong enthusiasm and commitment toward establishing a long-term career in field of O2O operation management, with courage to face new challenges
- Good team spirit and potential leadership ability
- Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
- Willing to accommodate to shift work (including overnight and holiday shifts)
