E-commerce Officer - Parallel Import

What You will be Doing

Communicate with business units / suppliers across UK and Europe
Assist in purchase Order and Quotation processing to ensure a smooth ordering flow of overseas import
Communicate with forwarders to ensure efficient vessel planning and manage arrival schedule for clear overview to business units
Assist Import Managers on product launching and promotion planning
Communicate with marketing team in HK to maintain sufficient exposure for imported goods
Manage stock movements and replenishment according to sales data

Who is Our Right Fit

Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines
2 years working experience in multi-national company, with shipping experience is a plus
Flexible, good team player and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS office
Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
