(Senior) Marketing Officer (O2O team)

What You will be Doing
- Work with the internal design team to produce promotional materials including in-store POSM, print ads, leaflets, etc.
- Formulate comprehensive marketing plans to increase awareness to drive penetration into our O2O shops and uplift sales income through shops' promotional activities
- Measure and analyze sales performance including actual sales through each channel and identify key learnings
- Work closely with in-house stakeholders including the sales team, buying team, project team, operation team, etc. to achieve KPI
- Collect market information to develop strategic plans
- General/ad-hoc support to new projects
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ e-Commence or related disciplines
- 1-2 years relevant experience in the field of marketing, e-Commerce, FMCG or retail industry
- Familiar with data structure or data analysis is an advantage
- Proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Strong numerical sense, analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Creative with strong marketing sense and business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
