What Will You be Doing

This 12-month program is designed for all recent Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates who wish to develop a career in the e-Commerce industry. With management mentoring, you will rotate to different functional teams in Fulfillment department. Through this program, you will have:

• A complete understanding of automatic customer order fulfillment system and the full cycle of warehouse operations
• A holistic picture from decision to execution to optimization so as to achieve strategic business targets

Who is our Right Fit

• Recent Associate Degree / Higher Diploma graduates in Supply Chain Management or related discipline, with less than 1 year’s work experience
• Strong enthusiasm and commitment toward establishing a long-term career in field of warehouse or supply chain management, with courage to face new challenges
• Logical thinking, passionate, positive and self-motivated
• Good team spirit and potential leadership ability
• Proficiency in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Shift duty is required
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply

A capital expenditure of approximately HK$100 million was committed for supply and installation of custom-made carton shuttle system. We target to cover top 85% of merchant products for 12-hour delivery to our customers. It is also possible to opt for warehousing and picking services only and then turn the deliveries to other logistics companies.
