Senior Operation Executive - Wet Market Express

What You will be Doing

Manage 10 wet market operations by handling tasks such as picking & packing, fresh food storage, dispatching, warehouse maintenance, and administrative functions.
Ensure accurate and on-time fulfillment and dispatch of orders from different Merchant lines.
Improve workflow streamlining and automation of the back-end system to enhance operational efficiency and improve overall frontline workflow.
Prepare operational reports for analysis, trending, and business approaches.
Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as designated.
Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
Onboard new employees to ensure they become fully integrated.
Implement manpower planning and streamline the operation flow to accommodate business changes and needs.
Demonstrate excellent people management skills to lead a large group of people.
Manage costs effectively, including packing material and labor costs.

Who is our Right Fit

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of related frontline management experience. Retail/FMCG business exposure is definitely an advantage.
Hands-on experience in a manufacturing working environment is an advantage.
Excellent people management and communication skills, coupled with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and a solid understanding of warehouse management systems.
