(AGV / AMR Robot) Intellectual Property & Patent Management Specialist

What You Will be Doing 

• Liaise with internal R&D, project team, legal department, and external legal counsels to draft, prepare and translate patent specifications and applications.

• Conduct patent and prior art searches for infringement issues.

• Research and analyze prior art to assist R&D novelty.

• Assist in filing and renewal of patent applications both locally and internationally

• Support all patent documentation and application tasks

• Maintain up-to-date records (progress and budget) and IP portfolio database

Who is Our Right Fit

• A minimum 3 years proven work experience in technical documentation writing and drawing

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)

• Shows keen interest in technology and patents

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Automation Engineering, or related disciplines a plus

• Understanding of IP laws, work experience, or exposure in patent research and writing will be an advantageous

• Self-motivator, independent, analytical mind, high sense of responsibility.

• Good team player with strong interpersonal and presentation skills and project management.
