What You Will be Doing 

  • Responsible for facilitating the entire recruiting function to include, but not limited to advertising, postings, direct recruiting, resume evaluation, interviews, offers, salary, negotiation

  • Source candidates through different channels to deliver quality candidates to meet business unit needs

  • Develop a network of sources for qualified applicants through the use of the Internet and outreach. Manage relationships with third-party recruiting sources including retained and contingency search firms, researchers, and outplacement firms

  • Coordinating recruitment activities (e.g. scheduling calls & interviews, drafting and posting job ads)  

  • Resume screening and initial phone screens

  • Maintaining candidate database and reports 

  • Greet and assist interviewees onsite

  • Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)

  • Assist with new hire onboarding such as preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas etc.

  • Provide projects support as needed 

Who is Our Right Fit

  •  At least one year of recruitment experience is required
  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and google sheet (PowerPoint, v-lookup, pivot tables etc.) 

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and outgoing  

  • Great attention to detail with strong organizational skills 

  • Outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills

  • An excellent team player with a can-do attitude

  • With a positive and proactive attitude when encountering any challenges 

  • Be agile and adapt to change
