What You will be Doing

Support daily operation including logistic vendor management, customer case handling, product listing, custom clearance, and fraud detection
Develop policies and procedures to ensuring compliance to local regulation and also company policies
Coordinate with different departments and external partners & vendors to ensure smooth operation and maintain good service quality
Analyse operational data for cost management & operation efficiency improvement

Who is Our Right Fit

Degree in operations management or business administration preferred
Minimum 1 year’ experience in a professional business environment, ecommerce exposure will be an advantage
High attention to details with strong business acumen
Proficiency in technology especially MS office applications
Ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision
Good spoken and written English and Chinese
