What You Will be Doing
- Support daily routine administrative work of Procurement & Logistics function
- Vendor partner sourcing / supplier selection, order follow-up & delivery arrangement
- Maintain lists of vendors for goods and services
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures on procurement function
- Prepare regular purchase report & vendor performance records
Who is our Right Fit
- Diploma or above in any discipline with more than 1 year relevant working experience
- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and Chinese work processing will be advantageous
- Love to work with People and to negotiate with innovative ideas, independent, outgoing, and with a strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
