What You Will be Doing

  • Support daily routine administrative work of Procurement & Logistics function
  • Vendor partner sourcing / supplier selection, order follow-up & delivery arrangement
  • Maintain lists of vendors for goods and services
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure compliance and adherence to the company’s policies and procedures on procurement function
  • Prepare regular purchase report & vendor performance records

Who is our Right Fit

  • Diploma or above in any discipline with more than 1 year relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel and Chinese work processing will be advantageous
  • Love to work with People and to negotiate with innovative ideas, independent, outgoing, and with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred

*With more working experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Procurement Officer
