We seek a dynamic and innovative Business Development and Partnership Manager to drive our expansion plan. As the Business Development and Partnership Manager, you will report to the Marketing Lead and be responsible for new business planning, negotiating key partnerships, and developing innovative initiatives to attract targeted customers. 

 

What Will You be Doing

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support company growth 
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with merchants to offer exclusive deals to our target customers
  • Develop innovative initiatives to attract and retain customers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Drive innovative initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention
  • Identify and manage risks related to business development activities

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
  • Preferred applicants with previous experience in the travel or e-commerce industry
  • Proven experience in business development and partnership management
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and start-up experience preferred
  • Fluency in both Cantonese, English, and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager / Officer roles
