Operations Officer - UKSS

What you will be doing?

• Support oversea delivery daily operation including product listing, order monitoring, customer case handling, and logistic vendor management to ensure smooth operation and maintain good service quality 

• Improve workflow streamlining and automation to enhance operational efficiency so as to improve overall experience

• Prepare operational/ sales reports for analysis trending and business approaches

• Perform ad-hoc duties and assignments as designated

Who is our right fit?

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

• 1-2 years experience in Project Management/ Ecommerce is preferred

• Fresh graduates are also welcomed

• Demonstrates a strong problem solving, planning, organising, communication and coordination skills is essential

• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese

• Proficient in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Processing

• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Operation Associate
