What You will be Doing:

Provide quality customer service related support for our new business - Wet Market Express (街市即日餸).
Effectively and efficiently interact with customers via WhatsApp.
Cooperate with Marketing, Operation and Sales Team to work out the best pre-sale and post-sale journey for our customers.
Execute related ad-hoc tasks.

Open to undergraduate students
Working Hours: 0900-1800, Expect to work 3-4 days in a week, Sat and Sun also counted
Attention to detail, willing to learn, well-organized and responsible
Good command of Cantonese in verbal and typing
