If you are a recent university graduate or a young talent who is passionate about driving social progress, the HKTV Management Trainee Program 2024 is waiting for you! 

HKTV Management Trainee Program aims to cultivate the next management. During the 24 months program, MTs will have the opportunity to work in different departments, gaining insights into the operations of the eCommerce industry and the unique business model of HKTVmall, while also experiencing various job roles.

Our MTs & GTs described their journey in HKTV as challenging yet incredible. Although the process may not be easy, the priceless experience gained and the senses of success from continuously challenging themselves make their career paths unique!
