We are looking for a creative and passionate Social Content & Campaign Management Senior Officer to join our marketing team. As a Social Content Senior Officer, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality content for our social media channels, such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube; and other channels like eDM, and WhatsApp, with the goal of driving business awareness and growth. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with influencers and content creators to develop paid campaigns from start to finish.

What You Will Be Doing

Develop engaging and relevant content including visuals and copy that appeals to our target audience.
Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize social media content and increase engagement.
Collaborate with different departments to manage integrated communication campaigns from concept to completion, ranging from organic to paid campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and content creators.
Measure content performance using data insights and refine content strategies accordingly.
Stay updated with emerging creative trends and technologies.

Who is our Right Fit

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience.
Previous experience in online digital media platforms, content creation platforms, travel, or lifestyle industry is preferred.
Proven experience in social media marketing or campaign marketing.
Strong copywriting and visual creation skills.
Proficient in social media management and content creation.
Experience in Facebook, Instagram, eDM, and WhatsApp marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in both Cantonese and English.
Please note that candidates will be considered for either Assistant Marketing Manager or Marketing Executive roles based on their level of seniority.
