What Will You be Doing
- With your KPIs on utilization rate, you will be one of the business owners of the company's social commerce platform and drive its success through multi-channel activities
- Extend merchant partner relationships, work on joint promotions, prepare education materials and add business values
- Work closely with in-house stakeholders, including the sales team, production team, business intelligence team, IT team, etc. to achieve business KPI
- Drive the mall-wise incentive program through different marketing activities to increase customer acquisition and retention
- Closely monitor the market trend, competitor information and conduct market research to develop content directions, and execute the plans
- Decorate the content of in-app display and other marketing channels, including eDMs, social media, and web pages, and participate in UI/UX development discussions
- Analyse the performance data and adjust the marketing strategies based on the results obtained
- Develop and execute ideas for customer acquisition for the social commerce platform
- Work with the team to initiate large-scale thematic content campaigns
Who Is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor degree is a must, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration discipline
- 3 - 4 years working experience in marketing or a related discipline
- Work experience in eCommerce, online business, or start-up firm is preferred
- Experience in driving customer loyalty programs is a plus
- Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA360, and Tableau a plus but not a must
- Creative and well-organised with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to multi-task under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and passionate team player is a must
- A good team player, proactive in driving results.
- Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English is a must
