What you will be doing

Support daily data operation
Data-entry, data-checking & data-searching (online) with high level of accuracy
Provide clerical and administrative support to the department
Problem solving for users ranging from data to system trouble
Co-operate with the Customer Service Department to deal with problem orders
Other ad-hoc support as assigned

Who is our Right Fit

Form 6 or above
Detail-minded, independent & enthusiastic plus a strong sense of responsibility
Strong in problem solving
Basic knowledge of HTML/SQL is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Immediately available is preferable
