Data Operation Support

About the Role

HKTVmall is Hong Kong's largest online shopping platform, serving millions of customers daily. As a Data Operation Support in our Network Operations Centre (NOC) team, you will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy and system reliability across our operations. You will act as a guardian of data integrity while contributing to the adoption of AI-powered automation in our daily workflows.

What You Will Be Doing

Data Operation & Support
• Perform data entry, data verification, and data research with a high level of accuracy
• Monitor and maintain data quality across multiple systems
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies reported by users
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the team
• Troubleshoot user issues ranging from data inconsistencies to system-related problems
• Document common issues and solutions for future reference

AI Automation
• Implement and maintain AI-powered tools to streamline data processing workflows
• Identify opportunities for automation in daily operations
• Test and validate automated processes to ensure accuracy and reliability

Other Duties
• Provide ad-hoc support as assigned by the NOC team lead

Who We Are Looking For

• Form 6 or above; Degree holders in relevant disciplines are preferred
• Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude will also be considered
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
• Independent and able to work effectively under pressure
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Familiarity with database concepts; working knowledge of MySQL is an advantage
• Immediately available is preferable
