What You will be Doing
- Collaborate with operation team and assist in daily, weekly and monthly report preparation
- Coordinate and prepare meetings include materials and minutes
- Observe and ensure logistics & warehouse procedures comply with company requirements
- Assist in implementing and reviewing internal policy, hygiene guidelines / procedures
- Ensure compliance with test procedures & certifications and responsible for all elements of quality control
- Liaise with internal parties for validations of quality assurance procedures are performed
- Support various ad-hoc projects as requested by the management team
Who is our Right Fit
- Higher Diploma / Degree holder
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in retail / logistics / warehouse operations, or quality assurance related role
- Experience in implementing procedures / guidelines is an advantage
- Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
- Able to handle multiple tasks under rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate available is preferred
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
