Administrative Assistant (Quality Assurance team)

What You will be Doing

  • Collaborate with operation team and assist in daily, weekly and monthly report preparation
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings include materials and minutes
  • Observe and ensure logistics & warehouse procedures comply with company requirements
  • Assist in implementing and reviewing internal policy, hygiene guidelines / procedures
  • Ensure compliance with test procedures & certifications and responsible for all elements of quality control
  • Liaise with internal parties for validations of quality assurance procedures are performed
  • Support various ad-hoc projects as requested by the management team

Who is our Right Fit

  • Higher Diploma / Degree holder
  • 0 to 2 years’ experience in retail / logistics / warehouse operations, or quality assurance related role
  • Experience in implementing procedures / guidelines is an advantage
  • Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing to meet deadlines
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under rapidly changing environment while maintaining attention to details and accuracy
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
