What You will be Doing
- Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, including CRM, SEO, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee the business strategy, aligning marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing plans.
- Enhance the end-to-end customer experience, identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the IT and product management teams to enhance the Wet Market Express product, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of customers, and optimizing the overall customer experience
- Bring creativity and innovation to marketing initiatives, exploring new approaches and channels to engage target audiences, differentiate the brand, and stay ahead of market trends.
- Liaise effectively with different internal teams, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.
- Manage the team's key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress, and implementing strategies to drive performance and achieve marketing objectives.
Who is our Right Fit
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
- Preferably 5 years of working experience in ecommerce or related marketing roles.
- Agency experience is preferred.
- Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong sense of ownership and self-motivation.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
