As a spearhead project in HKTVmall, VOD Buy is a new venture to break open the social commerce landscape in Hong Kong, and to enrich our customers’ shopping experience with engaging and interactive content. 

Our team’s mission is to create an unparalleled video shopping experience to empower consumers, content creators and merchants to unlock values that they have not imagined before. 

What Will You Be Doing

In essence, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the platform’s user growth, by leveraging your all-encompassing product marketing knowledge, growth-hacking ideas and operational capabilities.

•    Create compelling product narratives to resonate with the target audience and communicate the unique value of VOD Buy.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams for consistent messaging across channels, maintaining a clear and concise communication strategy.
•    Work closely with product managers to define and execute go-to-market strategies, considering market trends, competition, and customer insights.
•    Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in alignment with the go-to-market strategy.
•    Create engaging content showcasing VOD Buy's offerings, collaborating with influencers and content creators to enhance platform presence and optimize content distribution channels.
•    Identify strategic partnerships that expand VOD Buy's reach, collaborating with external partners, influencers, and industry stakeholders to negotiate and manage partnerships for mutual growth.

Who is Our Right Fit
•    Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
•    Preferably 3 - 4 years working experience in marketing or a related discipline
•    Proven experience in product marketing, especially for platforms that achieved exponential growth with Network Effects
•    Strong interest and sense about the influencers landscape, while being able to empathize other user groups
•    Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
•    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
•    Flexible mindset, but not necessarily creative
•    Acquaintance with AI, Automation, Martech tools and workflows is a plus
