What You will be Doing
- Monitor the production of promotional materials including in-store POSM, print ads, leaflets, etc.
- Measure and analyze various aspects of O2O performance
- Drive strategic plans to increase awareness and improve PNL of O2O shops
- Work closely with in-house stakeholders including sales team, buying team, project team, operation team, IT team etc. to achieve KPI
- Participate in system and workflow development and enhancement
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ e-Commence/ Business or related disciplines
- 5-8 years relevant experience in the field of marketing, e-Commerce, FMCG or retail industry
- Familiar with data structure or data analysis is an advantage
- Detail-minded, strong analytical thinking, self-motivated and responsible
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Able to excel in fact-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
- Creative with strong marketing sense and business acumen
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
