What Will You Be Doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the mainland newcomers in Hong Kong demographic, aimed at enhancing brand awareness and driving customer acquisition
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand the shopping behaviours, preferences, and trends among mainland newcomers in Hong Kong
- Utilise popular Chinese social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, and Douyin to engage with mainland newcomers’ community, fostering meaningful interactions and cultivating brand loyalty
- Forge partnerships with KOLs within the mainland newcomers’ community to create compelling content
- Implement seeding strategies on social media to effectively distribute promotional coupons to boost conversion
- Optimise SEO performance for HKTVmall related keywords on social media
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor degree is a must, preferably in Marketing and Business Administration field
- With mainland background, and minimum 4 years of working experience in Chinese marketing related disciplines
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of mainland newcomers’ culture, lifestyle, and consumer behaviour, with a demonstrated ability to tailor marketing strategies accordingly
- Proven experience in leveraging Chinese social media platforms for marketing and engagement purposes, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing strategies
- A good team player, proactive in driving results. Able to work multi-task and under pressure
- Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
