As a Junior Marketing Officer, you will support the Marketing team in executing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies
- Manage social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics
- Assist in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking
Who is our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on ecommerce and online shopping
- Strong understanding of Singapore shopping culture and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and ROI
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools and platforms
