What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute the channel's campaigns and promotions once planned—set up offers and coupons, verify them before they go live, and ensure everything launches on schedule.
  • Develop content for the in-app display of your product category and other marketing channels, including eDMs and push notifications, writing compelling customer-facing copy in Traditional Chinese.
  • Use AI tools in daily execution—drafting copy variants, generating and reviewing creatives, and summarising campaign data—while building the judgement to know when an output is ready to ship.
  • Help build and run simple automation workflows that remove repetitive tasks from creative production, reporting, and data checks.
  • Assist in planning and producing social media content for different platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to stay ahead of fast-changing trends.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on orders, new customers, repeat rates, and basket size, highlighting key anomalies or insights.
  • Coordinate creative assets and product information with merchants, design, and the wider team, ensuring all deliverables stay on track.
  • Support live show operations, including product line-up preparation, on-day coordination, and post-show reporting.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Who Is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree is a must, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 0 to 4 years of working experience in a marketing or sales-related discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Work experience in product marketing, e-commerce, online business, startups, or agencies is an advantage.
  • Comfortable using AI tools in everyday work and curious about where they can reduce manual effort—be ready to show us something you have built with them, whether at work, in coursework, or on your own.
  • Familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Creative and well-organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • A strong team player, proactive in driving results.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English.
