Digital Marketing Officer (Business Development)

What Will You be Doing

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns with a passion for marketing.
  • Develop and execute performance-driven digital media strategies and plans.
  • Stay up to date with the latest news and developments in digital media channels (SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social Media) to maintain a strong understanding of performance marketing trends and advancements.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house stakeholders, including the sales team, business intelligence team, IT team, design team, etc., to achieve business and marketing KPIs.
  • Work with external partners (e.g. digital media agency) to deliver media performance KPIs.
  • Handle digital media planning, buying, and backend operations of channel platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ad Manager, including campaign setup and optimization when necessary.
  • Monitor the development of digital ad campaigns and track all objectives and related KPIs.
  • Responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Execute on CRM program operations including data analysis, customer segmentation, promotion initiatives, reporting and insight sharing.
  • Facilitate the delivery of CRM strategy, focus on customer satisfaction and special treatments for different customer segments.
  • Facilitate development of CRM automation tools and formulate technical and application strategies.
  • Work closely with cross-team members including marketing, IT, external vendors to ensure quality implementation and maintenance of marketing automation tools.


Who is Our Right Fit

  • Degree holder in marketing, business, or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or eCommerce.
  • Knowledge in digital ad implementation with Google Ads / Social Media / Google Analytics / SEO.
  • Advantageous to have Salesforce.com Marketing Cloud experience including Journey Builder, Cloud Pages and Data Connector development, and Google Analytics knowledge.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with good planning and time management skills.
  • Able to excel in fast-paced and dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good communication skills in both English and Chinese.
