車輛事務主任 Fleet Management Officer

工作地點：
將軍澳－將軍澳工業邨 駿昌街1號 將軍澳物流中心
(屯門、荃灣、沙田均有公司車提供早上上班接載服務，另有免費穿梭巴士往返調景嶺港鐵站。)

主要職責：

  • 協助監察和安排日常HKTV物流車隊的維修和維護工作，確保車輛的安全和質量
  • 在常規車隊營運需求下提供專業的技術建議、指導和問題解決
  • 負責系統評估及提供車隊計劃和設計的技術意見
  • 編製技術評估,並協助管理層實施和監督車隊開支計劃
  • 收集統計數據和歷史信息,識別和編製管理報告，並提出系統改進和績效建議
  • 建立、維護並提供高水平的技術支援予物流團隊
  • 負責管理並在必要時升級任何與職位相關的安全問題、問題或事故
  • 協助管理層完成所有臨時性的工作任務


所需資格及經驗：

  • 有車隊管理或相關領域的經驗
  • 精通MS Office包括MS Word、Excel
  • 英文和中文口語和書面能力良好
  • 具責任心、積極主動、有良好的溝通能力和團隊合作
  • 持有輕型貨車駕駛執照 (2號牌) 會優先考慮
