What You Will Be Doing

Provide effective solutions to enquiries/ complaints escalated from CS frontline staff within a predefined time frame in a professional manner
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Attend training sessions frequently to improve knowledge and cascade the information to team members.
Ensure compliance with company standards
Communicate job expectations and coach team-members
Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures, etc
Working Location: TKO

Who is our Right Fit

Diploma or above with a minimum of 3 years’ call center experience
Minimum 2 years at supervisory level
Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Proficiency in Chinese word processing & MS Office
Decent written and verbal ways of responding
Proactive, analytical, independent, service-oriented and possess good communication and negotiation skills
Excellent service manner, self-motivated, detailed-minded and willing to work under pressure
