What You will be Doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned departments, addressing employee-related matters such as compensation and benefits, HR management systems, compliance, employee communication and engagement, performance and retention management, and overall HR operations
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and update the employee database within the HRMS, ensuring a high level of data integrity
- Manage employee compensation cases effectively
- Prepare and compile routine HR reports
- Execute ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

Who is Our Right Fit
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1 year of relevant professional experience and demonstrate a strong enthusiasm for pursuing a career in Human Resources;
- Recent graduates will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Have a foundational understanding of the HK Employment Ordinance and other employment-related regulation
- Display excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, coupled with a strong sense of confidentiality
- Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for the position of Senior Associate
