(Senior) Human Resources Specialist (Corporate)

Responsibilities:
- Act as the first contact point for designated departments and handle related employee issues, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, HR management system, compliance, employee communications & engagement, performance & retention management, and HR operations
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding process for employees
- Handle payroll administration
- Manage the HR system, maintain database and personnel records with high data integrity
- Monitor and administer regular annual performance reviews
- Provide HR policy guidance and consultancy to employees and people managers
- Handle work injury cases
- Assist in developing and driving employee engagement strategy and initiatives
- Compile regular HR reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles, preferably in the eCommerce industry
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proven experience in strategic HR partnering and driving organizational change
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
