(Senior) Human Resources Specialist (Corporate)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first contact point for designated departments and handle related employee issues, including but not limited to compensation & benefits, HR management system, compliance, employee communications & engagement, performance & retention management, and HR operations
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding process for employees
  • Handle payroll administration
  • Manage the HR system, maintain database and personnel records with high data integrity
  • Monitor and administer regular annual performance reviews
  • Provide HR policy guidance and consultancy to employees and people managers
  • Handle work injury cases
  • Assist in developing and driving employee engagement strategy and initiatives
  • Compile regular HR reports

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience in HRBP or similar roles, preferably in the eCommerce industry
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proven experience in strategic HR partnering and driving organizational change
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
