What Will You be Doing

Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and products in the beauty and cosmetics sector, ensuring they meet quality and industry compliance standards
Manage and negotiate with suppliers and business partners to foster mutually beneficial relationships and ensure long-term strategic partnerships
Stay informed about market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive pricing to guide purchasing decisions and product selections
Collaborate closely with merchandising, marketing, and sales teams to align purchasing strategies with overall business objectives and promotional activities
Analyze and review category performance to identify opportunities for enhancing sales and profitability
Support ad-hoc projects and category improvement initiatives

Who Is Our Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in category management or merchandising, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Buyer position
A strong team player with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team
Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese
