What You will be Doing
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations, ensuring adherence to service standards and identifying areas for improvement
- Compile, analyze, and present operational data and reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing service performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety and accountability within the team
- Liaise with internal and external customers to address inquiries and feedback, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service reliability
- Address and resolve operational issues and service disruptions promptly, working closely with relevant stakeholders to minimize impact on service delivery.

- Degree in any discipline
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in the Supply Chain or related industries
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely with initiative
- Fresh graduate with a proactive attitude will also be considered
