What You Will be Doing

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Assistant Marketing Manager will

  • Build a yearly Strategic framework with key directions and priorities
  • Provide initiatives and promotion ideas to achieve KPIs on GMV through data analysis and insight
  • Lead the growth for key product categories
  • Closely monitor the market trend and competitor information and make suggestions on merchandise and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze customer portfolio and behavioral patterns in different stages to design relevant content and promotions to develop customers’ stickiness to HKTVmall
  • Make use of marketing analytics and automation tools to create personalized marketing campaigns and customer journeys
  • Ensure campaign efficiency measurements and ROI of promotion investment
  • Foster, lead and drive the synergies around CRM with merchant partners with a client-centric approach to grow their business in our platform
  • Ensure solid interaction and communication with the heads of the sales team, advertising team, live shopping channel team, product management team, etc, for 360 alignment

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Over 5 years of working experience in marketing, e-commerce, strategic marketing, or a related discipline
  • Work experience in eCommerce, online business, and related product categories
  • Strong analytic skills and strategic and visionary
  • Excellent interpersonal, influential, and problems solving skills
  • Able to think holistically and connect the dots
  • Excellent team player, Agility, flexibility, adaptability
  • Open-minded, and stable to drive innovation and excellence under pressure
