• Experience: 2-6 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
• Technical Proficiency: Solid technical background with strong knowledge of web applications and product development processes.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to drive product growth through data analytics and performance metrics.
• UX/UI Expertise: Hands-on experience applying UX/UI best practices to enhance user experiences.
• Specification Writing: Proven ability to write detailed product specifications and create wireframes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Japanese and English is a MUST; experience collaborating with Mandarin-speaking/Cantonese-speaking colleagues is a plus.
