The Role:
Reporting directly to the Director – Business Development & Marketing, this position requires a dynamic leader with a strong track record in marketing, business development, and strategic partnerships. You will take end-to-end commercial ownership, drive growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and innovate new business models to lead the retail industry.
What You will be Doing
- Commercial Ownership: Drive end-to-end business performance, achieving key KPIs such as GMV, customer acquisition, and retention through strategic initiatives and execution.
- Customer Journey Leadership: Champion a best-in-class customer experience by enhancing UI/UX and designing innovative, personalized customer journeys
- Big Data Commercialization: Leverage analytics and automation to transform data into actionable insights, driving loyalty, growth, and ROI.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage high-impact collaborations with brands, merchants, and external partners to unlock growth opportunities and mutual success.
- Retail Innovation: Develop and execute forward-thinking business models and strategies that set new benchmarks for the e-commerce and retail industries.
