If you are a recent university graduate or a young talent passionate about driving social progress, the HKTV Graduate Trainee Program and Elite Summer Internship Program are waiting for you!

HKTV Graduate Trainee Program: This 24-month program aims to cultivate the next generation of management within a specific department. Trainees will have the opportunity to work within a designated department, gaining insights into the operations of the eCommerce industry and the unique business model of HKTVmall, while also experiencing various job roles within that department.

HKTV Summer Intern Program (3 months , Mid June - 31 Aug) 2025: Designed for undergraduate students, this program provides valuable work experience within a specific department, helping you gain practical skills and knowledge to kick-start your career in the eCommerce and technology industry. Summer interns with good performance may receive a return offer to enter the final round of the Management Trainee (MT) or Graduate Trainee (GT) Program. 

Our trainees & interns have described their journey at HKTV as challenging yet incredible. Although the process may not be easy, the priceless experience gained and the sense of success from continuously challenging themselves make their career paths unique.
