Data Analyst (Welcome IANG/TTPS Visa)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytics requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and predictive modeling to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data audits.
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a business environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with machine learning techniques is a plus.
