What You will be Doing

Initiate training to educate merchants on new updates related to HKTVmall
Oversee the process of merchant training, through needs identification, status reporting, and creation of training and development plans.
Bring new initiatives on merchant training content according to merchants' needs and market trends
Assist with drafting communication materials to merchants
Plan and improve the efficiency of work processes, by working closely with internal stakeholders

Who is Our Right Fit

Degree in business or other related discipline
Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
Enthusiastic about communicating with external users and introducing new ideas
Experience in training / e-Commerce / retail / Marketing industry is an advantage
Proficient in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint
Equipped to use simple Video editing tools and AI applications (e.g ChatGPT) in preparing materials
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchant Training Specialist
Immediate available is preferred
