What You Will Be Doing
- Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through the implementation of data-driven strategies
- Manage and execute CRM programs that include data analysis, customer segmentation, promotional activities, and performance reporting
- Drive the development and execution of CRM strategies focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and personalizing experiences for diverse customer segments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful implementation of marketing automation tools
- Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that shape effective marketing strategies
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Who is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Preferred minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and CRM

- Energetic individual with a strong sense of initiative, drive, and self-motivation, capable of working independently
- A team-oriented player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
