What You Will Be Doing

  • Lead customer acquisition and retention efforts through the implementation of data-driven strategies
  • Manage and execute CRM programs that include data analysis, customer segmentation, promotional activities, and performance reporting
  • Drive the development and execution of CRM strategies focused on enhancing customer satisfaction and personalizing experiences for diverse customer segments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and external vendors, to ensure successful implementation of marketing automation tools
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights that shape effective marketing strategies
  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives

Who is Our Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Preferred minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and CRM
  • Welcome applications from candidates with an IANG/TTPS visa
  • Energetic individual with a strong sense of initiative, drive, and self-motivation, capable of working independently
  • A team-oriented player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
