What Will You be Doing
- Act as a primary business owner of the company's social commerce platform, focusing on utilization rate KPIs and achieving success through multi-channel activities
- Lead a sub-team in strategic planning efforts to meet business goals
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with online media and KOLs for upcoming company initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, production, business intelligence, and IT teams to meet business KPIs
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, conducting market research to develop new marketing directions and execute plans
- Curate and enhance content for in-app displays and various marketing channels, including eDMs, social media, and webpages, while engaging in UI/UX development discussions
- Analyze performance data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly based on outcomes
- Create and implement strategies for customer acquisition within the social commerce platform
- Work with the team to initiate large-scale thematic content campaigns
Who Is Our Right Fit
- A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is necessary; experience in a marketing agency is preferred
- Proven experience in eCommerce, online business, social networking platforms, or startups is required
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, GA360, and Tableau is advantageous but not mandatory
- Creative, well-organized, and equipped with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility, capable of multitasking and thriving under pressure
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a passionate team player are essential qualities
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English is required
