What You Will Be Doing
- Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns and promotional activities across both digital and offline channels
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and key deliverables
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns
- Track the progress of marketing projects and provide regular updates to the marketing team
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign reports and insights
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Maintain an organized documentation system for marketing assets, calendars, and reports
- Assist in managing inventory and logistics coordination for promotional items
Who is our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role, preferably in e-commerce, FMCG, or retail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
