What You will be Doing

  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospective potential new merchant partners, successfully achieving established sales targets
  • Design and execute strategic plans to identify and pursue new opportunities and markets, while continually monitoring industry trends
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with potential merchant partners, external business contacts, and internal stakeholders
  • Guide and mentor a team of business development professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration and high performance

Who is Our Right Fit

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the e-commerce industry, with a preference for those knowledgeable about e-commerce platforms
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Business Development Manager position
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Mainland Business market and its distinct dynamics, complemented by a strong network of mainland merchant partners
  • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills that enhance effective communication
  • Working location: Hong Kong / Shenzhen
