We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will supervise a team and oversee comprehensive human resources functions, ensuring the effective management of key HR initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Team Supervision: Lead and manage a small team, ensuring the delivery of efficient human resources functions.
- Work Injury Handling:
- Manage and document work-related injuries and incidents.
- Coordinate with medical providers and ensure timely reporting to relevantauthorities.
- Facilitate the return-to-work process for injured employees.
- Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and assist in resolving issues.
- Promote a positive workplace culture through effective communication.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to foster a positive workplace culture and address HR-related issues.
- Onboarding Support:
- Assist in the onboarding process, including contract signing and necessarydocumentation.
- Ensure new hires have the required resources and information for a smoothintegration into the company.
- HR Policies and Procedures:
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Communicate policy changes and updates to employees.
- Compliance and Record Keeping:
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws andregulations.
- Assist in audits and reporting requirements as needed.
- Performance Management:
- Support the performance review process, including scheduling anddocumentation.
- Assist in gathering feedback and preparing performance evaluation materials.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of solid experience in human resources management, with a focus on Employment Compensation cases.
- Industry Knowledge: HR experience in the logistics sector is advantageous.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate independence, adaptability, and a positive approach to creative problem-solving.
- Time Management: Exhibit strong responsibility and excellent time management skills in a fast-paced work environment.
- Language Proficiency: Proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
