What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute innovative promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and content strategies tailored to the beauty and fashion audience
- Monitor key metrics such as GMV and customer engagement to inform data-driven marketing initiatives specific to beauty and fashion
- Partner with sales, design, business intelligence, and IT teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives in the beauty and fashion industry
- Stay updated on beauty and fashion trends and competitor activities to provide insights for merchandising and marketing strategies
- Assist in executing projects that enhance brand presence and drive conversions within the beauty and fashion sector
- Manage additional responsibilities as assigned, focusing on the beauty and fashion landscape
Who Is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration, with a strong interest in beauty and fashion
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing or sales; experience in beauty or fashion marketing, eCommerce, or relevant startups is a plus
- Familiarity with GA360, Tableau, video shooting and editing is advantageous but not mandatory
- Highly creative and organized, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills specific to beauty and fashion
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration and presentations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting with tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Proactive in driving results, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively under pressure
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
