What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and execute innovative promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and content strategies tailored to the pet market
- Analyze key metrics such as GMV, customer engagement, and campaign performance to drive data-informed marketing initiatives specific to pets
- Leverage strong data sense to interpret customer behavior, trends, and CRM data, delivering actionable insights for personalized marketing strategies
- Curate visually appealing content for in-app displays, eDMs, and push notifications that effectively showcase pet products
- Collaborate with sales, design, business intelligence, and IT teams to align marketing and CRM strategies with business objectives in the pet industry
- Stay updated on pet industry trends, competitor activities, and customer data insights to inform merchandising and marketing strategies
- Plan and implement creative, data-driven strategies to attract new customers and enhance retention through CRM tools and campaigns
- Assist in executing projects that enhance brand presence, optimize customer journeys, and drive conversions within the pet sector
- Proactively engage in data-related tasks, including CRM management, customer segmentation, and performance reporting, with a willingness to embrace data-driven approaches
- Manage additional responsibilities as assigned, focusing on the pet landscape and data-driven outcomes
Who Is Our Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a strong interest in pets
- Experience in pet marketing, eCommerce, CRM systems, or relevant startups is a plus
- Having a pet would be a significant advantage
- Familiarity with Tableau or data analysis tools is advantageous but not mandatory
- Highly creative and organized, with strong analytical skills and a keen data sense for interpreting customer and market insights specific to the pet industry
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective collaboration, presentations, and reporting
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while managing multiple projects
- Proactive in driving results, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively under pressure
- Comfortable with data-related responsibilities, including CRM management and performance analysis, without reluctance
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
