Live Show Inventory Management Specialist (O2O)

What You will be Doing
•    Work closely with operation teams to manage end-to-end live show inventory and fulfilment process for live show orders, including warehouse stock in and out, same-day and next-day delivery arrangement etc.
•    Manage stock level and stock movement between warehouse and O2O shops due to underselling, overselling, disposal etc.
•    Act as business user for live show related product enhancements, including enhancing live show checkout system, inventory management and delivery method.
•    Liaise with BI team to build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time sales and inventory reporting.
•    ⁠Provide on-site technical support for live shows.

Who is Our Right Fit
•    0-2 years relevant working experience in supply chain, e-Commerce, business operation or retail industry. Fresh graduates are welcome.
•    Detail-minded, proactive, independent with excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
•    9-hour daily shifts. Work shifts are required, including weekends and nights, depending on the live show schedule
•    Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
