What You Will be Doing

Assist in the development, implementation, and management of the cashback affiliate program to optimize performance and drive revenue growth
Monitor and analyze cashback performance metrics, ensuring accurate tracking of transactions and timely processing of rebates
Serve as a primary point of contact for affiliate partners, addressing inquiries, providing support, and fostering strong relationships
Prepare regular reports on cashback performance, rebate status, and overall program effectiveness, sharing insights with the team to guide strategic decisions
Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that enhance the visibility and appeal of the cashback program
Maintain organized records of all program-related documentation, processes, and communications to ensure transparency and efficiency
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in affiliate marketing and cashback programs to inform operational improvements

Who is our Right Fit

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Previous experience in affiliate marketing, customer service, operation is a plus
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
