What You Will Be Doing
•    Oversee the optimization of the merchants side's digital presence, including merchants portal and app, to enhance the merchant experience and achieve business goals
•    Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless and engaging digital experience for merchants
•    Bring initiatives and execute programs to promote retention and engagement in the existing merchants community
•    Analyze data sets to generate insights that inform merchant engagement projects and improve team performance
•    Manage and supervise the Merchant Training teams to ensure effective execution of strategies and initiatives
•    Oversee the merchant training process, including needs identification, status reporting, and the creation of comprehensive training and development plans
•    Regularly review workflows to adapt to the fast-growing business environment and enhance operational efficiency
•    Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by management

Who is Our Right Fit
•    Degree in e-commence, business or a related discipline
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
•    Passionate about introducing innovative ideas and solutions, particularly in the digital space
•    Experience in e-Commerce, retail, training, customer service, or marketing is advantageous
•    Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and AI
•    Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
•    Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
•    Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Merchant Marketing Specialist
•    Immediate availability is preferred
