Merchant Relationship Officer (Beauty and Fashion)

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to expand beauty and fashion categories
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing partners to optimize category performance and ensure mutual growth
  • Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and refine strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to enhance category visibility and sales performance
  • Analyse sales data and KPIs to assess the success of partnerships and provide actionable insights for improvement
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms and long-term collaboration

Who is Our Right Fit:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in business development or partnership management, preferably in beauty and fashion industries
    Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior position
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce trends and the beauty and fashion market in Hong Kong
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage
